    (II) Electrical Characteristics

1> Rated current for frequent switching: 25 mA, withstanding voltage of 24 VDC.
2> Rated current for switches that are not frequently toggled: 100 mA, withstanding voltage of 50 VDC.
3> Contact resistance: Initial value not greater than 500 mΩ; after testing, not greater than 118–132 mΩ.
4> Insulation resistance: not less than 100 mΩ, 500 VDC
5> Parasitic capacitance: not greater than 5 pF
6> Electrical Strength: It shall withstand an electrical strength test at a fundamental sinusoidal waveform, 50 Hz, 500 VAC for 1 minute, with no flickering or breakdown.
    7> Circuit: Single-Contact Single-Selection: DS(S), DP(L)
8> Electrical life: The single-pole switch was tested at 24 VDC and 25 mA; after 2,000 actuations, it continues to operate normally.

    (3) Welding and Cleaning Processes

1> During all operations, ensure the switch is in the “OFF” position.
2> Wave Soldering: Recommended soldering temperature is 500°F (260°C), with a maximum duration of five seconds.
3> Hand Soldering: Use a 30-watt soldering iron, maintain the temperature at 608°F (320°C), and keep the soldering time to approximately 2 seconds.
4> Before completing the solder repair: Please ensure the switch toggle is in the “OFF” position (the default factory setting).
5> Cleaning process: Ultrasonic cleaning delivers superior results; when using steam, the temperature must not exceed 51°C.
