  • Product Features:

    2.54 mm pitch; standard gold-plated contacts; equipped with a high-temperature‑resistant film; and featuring a plastic housing designed to withstand high temperatures.

     

    DIP switch material:

    1. Top cover and body: Made of high-temperature engineering plastic, UL94 V‑0 rated, in black.
    2 Push button: Made of high-temperature engineering plastic meeting UL94 V‑0 rating, in white.
    3 Fixed contacts and movable contacts: copper plates with gold plating;
    4 pins: copper contacts gold-plated;
    5 Film attachment: High-temperature-resistant film.

     

    Soldering method for DIP switches:

    1. Hand soldering: Use a soldering iron with power below 30 watts; keep the temperature below 350°C for no more than three seconds, or below 270°C for no more than five seconds.
    2 Reflow Soldering: Set the push button to “OFF” during soldering and cleaning, and maintain a temperature of 265°C to 275°C for no more than 10 seconds.

     

    DIP switch packaging method:

    All switch toggles are set to the “OFF” position during packaging.
